- Bachelor's Degree in HR or any related field
- 1+ year in Human Resources
- MUST be bilingual in English and Korean
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
- Detail oriented
- Microsoft Office tools
- Answer general questions from company employees and the public
- Manage the recruiting process including greeting candidates, keeping in touch with hiring managers, and setting up interviews
- In charge of new hires' paperwork and orientation
- Manage employee benefits programs
- Process paychecks and benefit terminations
